I have NEVER dealt with so much incompetence!
I am dealing with Trans global through extended warranty from homedepot and I am exhausted! I have them book my service call 4 times so far, and they showed up twice only. Mind you that I am STILL trying to fix the same issue and all 4 days I had to take off without pay! One would think they are saving the money on this warranty but I have lost more in one day that I had to take day off ( because they don't provide you with a timeframe even a night before and call you in the morning 8-10am and inform you of the time of arrival. last two days I am waiting for the tech who weren't even in the country! He called me at 1:30 pm to notify my that he just landed in the airport. Are you kidding me?! Guys, stay away from this company at all costs. It is cheaper to pay for a valid service call out your pocket provided it is around $90. I cannot get ahold of the supervisor or manager either. So frustrating that nobody is willing to take responsibility! I am scratching my head on HOW this company is still in the business as many have mentioned also.
