310RENO Design & Renovation

After contracting several companies and getting estimates we decided to go with 310reno. The whole process from beginning to end was very professional. 310 Reno has an interior designer on staff and helped us to design and plan the basement and choose the appropriate materials. Their material selection is quite extensive and higher quality than other companies we have seen.
The project finished on time about 5 weeks and within budget. In terms of budget, they fall
somewhere in the middle. The crew was very dedicated, showed up on time everyday and worked very hard. The electrical work was done professionally and up to code.
If you don't like surprises, then I would strongly recommend 310 Reno.

310Reno did a great job. We had a bathtub replaced with a shower stall. Most of the preliminary work was done virtually or over the phone during the Covid lockdown. Once schedule was set for the work to be done, it was completed within a reasonable time. Denis performed the actual work and did an excellent job. He was quick, neat and his experience showed. This is a great company to work with, and I will not hesitate to use them again.

I was lucky they could squeeze my bathroom gut and reno into their busy schedule. They started and finished as scheduled, within 2 wks. I am happy with the end product.

310Reno was very easy to work with. From the very beginning in the negotiating stage, Mike made sure to listen to our needs and concerns and made sure to add in a few details to make us feel comfortable. As you can imagine, it wasn't easy to choose fixtures and finishes during a pandemic, much less a lock-down, and Mike went out of his way to deliver samples to us via Uber. It was important to us to be able to see and touch things in person, and he made that possible. Alexandria was also easy to work with. Despite most of our meetings being virtual, she made us feel comfortable and made sure to include our opinions in the design process. Arie and his work crew were punctual, respectful and very hard workers. Again, having this project done during the pandemic, while the whole family either worked or did schooling from home brought a few challenges, but they made sure to respect our space, and we were able to work harmoniously together, without any issues. All in all, I would highly recommend 310Reno for your project! They are eager to please and honour what's in the signed contract! We would definitely consider using them again for any future projects in our home.

Mike, Arie and team did a fantastic job renovating a number of areas in my house. The master bathroom was beyond my expectations and the main bath is so much more functional. Their workmanship is impeccable and they are very respectful and clean. I will definitely hire them again - already thinking of more projects for them to do!

We were planning a renovation and approached 310 Reno for the preparation of the design drawings for permit application. Mike and Daniel and the 310 Reno team were very helpful and efficient in preparing both the architectural and mechanical drawings, even when we stumbled into some unexpected challenges along the way.

Got 310-RENO to draw up a design and apply for permits for our Reno in a rush. I was so happy to work with Mike. He was super responsive and patient, and always took the time to explain things to me. We didn't end up getting them to do the actual Reno because of our budget, but now that we're done, I wish we'd have spent the extra money to hire them, because if their Reno process is anything like their design process, it would've gone much smoother than what we actually ended up going through. At some points during our Reno (after his job was done and we got our permits), I had to call Mike to clarify the drawing and he always picked up and helped out, even though he could have made me a low priority. Having dealt with many different contractors as a homeowner, I have to say it's rare to get this level of customer service in the Reno industry.

Normally I have done my own DIY but due to my age I let 310 Reno do the work. They did a fantastic job, I am a perfectionist and it's been impossible for me to find any mistakes or shortcuts - walls and tiling are dead straight and plumb perfect. The quality of work is exceptional, attention to detail is off the scale perfect. It would have taken me six months to do what they achieved in 4 days. Looking forward to inviting them for our next at least two projects coming up soon!

Reno 310 renovated our master and guest bathroom. While we were quite set on the design that we had in mind, the team was able to offer guidance on some elements that they thought we might want to reconsider. Their suggestions were spot-on; it enhanced the look and practical use of the bathroom.

I had a pleasant working relationship with Mike and the team on-site. Issue that arose during the process were dealt with without questions. This is what one would expect and what every company would tell you, but you never really know if they'll live up to this promise until you need it; Reno 310 most definitely lived up to this.

I had a pleasant experience, they responded quickly to my first enquiry, they sent someone over to verify the drawings and my initial concerns, they were patient with my reviews during the designs. Overall I would recommend them to anyone wanting to develop an architectural design and drawings for a second unit in their basement, they followed it through with the city of Mississauga until the permit was issued, I am satisfied.
