Movers arrived on time. Truck was clean. Move was completed in the time expected. No damage to any of my items our either house. The owner did contact me to confirm that the work was completed correctly.

When paying by the hour one should expect slow work. Movers took more brakes than I thought was necessary. I was moving items with them and didn't require half the brakes that they took. Movers even asked for beer before 10am. At the end they expected to be fed. It was always my intention to order a pizza for them but they outright asked for it. Workers did not put boxes in the rooms requested at the new house. They just started piling them into the nearest room to the main entrance leaving me to move the boxes up the stairs. Then they charged a premium for moving me into a house with stairs. Would not likely use them again.
