Isan was very professional and prompt advising of the work to be done through email and verbal articulation. He is well knowledgeable with his service. Both he and his associate took their time in prepping their machines as well as cleaning the the ducts. He mentioned step by step with the vent and duct work. An excellent job in clearing the dryer ventilation shaft. We as home owners are very satisfied with his service and would use duct care inc again and will recommend his service to other home owners.
