Mark was very professional and helpful. He kept communication going, did the assessment, called me, arranged for time convenient for me.
The installation was a success. I had to re-carpet half of the room and was concerned that it would be visible. The job done was so perfect, I could hardly find the seam. Mark was very helpful, answered my other questions. Total professional! Would highly recommend to others and use Mark for my other project.
