I found Victorious Flooring through a Google search for carpet stretching. We had two doorways in our house that the carpet had buckled at. At the same time I was considering to have our carpets changed because we have a baby on the way. So I called Mark and he was very professional and was able to make an appointment at a suitable time to meet. He brought samples and took the time to explain each type of carpetting about the pros and cons of each. After taking a look at the carpetting, Mark noticed that my carpetting was not in as bad a shape as I had thought and recommended just a good cleaning. I went ahead and booked an appointment for cleaning as well as to repair the buckling.
The technician, Jay, that came down for the repair was very punctual and rang the bell on the dot, and I was very impressed. He was very professional and explained how the stretching worked and completed the job in good time. He even helped me to move a dresser and mattress back into the room.
Overall I am very impressed with Mark and Jay. I have already recommended him to some relatives and will call him back whenever I need flooring completed.
