Mark came to the house within a few days of contact with samples and advice on preparing the stairs and choosing suitable underpad and carpet. His installers were timely and friendly, There were many turns and various-shaped landings on the staircases and they really paid attention to details. The carpeted stairs look amazing! I would definitely go straight to Victorious Carpet for my next project and recommend them to others.
