4 years after, still looked after us ... What a service!

I remember we had 3 companies who provided estimates on our shutters for the whole house. They all pretty much came close in prices, but we were impressed by Marco. He came right on time, very professional on the way he talks and explained well our options. We could tell that he has passion and takes pride on what he's doing (didn't sound like a salesman making a commission). So we decided to give him the project. The installer came and same thing, very nice guy and professional the way he speaks. I remember when he told me that one of their customers, after 3 years that they installed the shutter, had a minor problem. He told me that they took care of it at no cost. I told myself, maybe 3 years was exaggerated. Anyway, here I am after 4 years, had a minor problem with our shutter. Then I remember what the installer said. So, I sent an email to Divine Design. I couldn't believe it, Marco ask my availability and said he would send one of his crew. My shutter is now fixed. That's an excellent customer service!
