Ambia is great company ,I'm very satisfied to replace All my windows. The installers is a experienced team, absolutely, they did a wonderful job. By the way, Jimmy is a good guy and perfect sales, i wish him and Ambia business is booming.

We had 3 sets of windows replaced in Aug 2023, and were so pleased we decided to subsequently do a 4th set in Oct 2023. The salesman (Jimmy) was superb, friendly and patient in addressing our needs/questions. The chief installer (Chris) was also superb in addressing our questions and, in particular, ensuring a quality 1st installation, with which we were very pleased. The 2nd install was done by a different crew, who were equally friendly, but the trim was dirty/scuffed, and the caulking wasn't quite as professional. The owner (Tony) is very polite and truly cares about rectifying any problems however minor. He inspected the work and agreed that the window trim and side panels had not been adequately primed. We decided these were cosmetic issues that would be rectified once these areas are painted. He even offered to re-caulk the window (which we may take him up on once it cures). Overall, given that we vetted at least a dozen contractors before settling on Ambia for their reputation and highly competitive price, we are very pleased with their product and workmanship and would definitely highly recommend them.

Im very pleased with both the customer service and the quality of the product. Jimmy and his team were very helpful and windows installed as scheduled timeIm also very impressed with the quality of workmanship by Chris and the other installers. They installed in one day,They were very careful not to damage the walls and they cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended!

After interviewing a lot of window companies for our full home window replacement, we really had a connection with Jimmy from Ambia. A neighbor had used Ambia to replace their windows and had a great experience so we hired them to replace all our windows and 2 sliding doors. Jimmy and the Ambia team were great from start to finish in all aspects of the order and installation. I would highly recommend Ambia for any window or door needs.

Before deciding to go with Ambia windows and doors, we had several quotes from competitiors. We decided to go with Ambia and couldnt be happier. Jimmy took the time to help explain different window types and treatments and quoted me out for all our window needs. He was pleasant to work with and updated us throughout the process. On the day of installation, the installers where very clean and professional. They did a fantastic job and we are extremely happy with the completed job.

I was thoroughly impressed by the high level of professionalism exhibited by both Tony, the Ambia representative who provided the quote and managed the entire installation process, and Chris along with his crew who executed the window installation with exceptional workmanship. The quality of their work and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. I have no doubt that I will choose their services again in the future.

We decided our 15-year-old build-grade (cheap quality) windows were due for a change. We reached out to 3 different companies for quotes. Jason from Ambia gave us our 3rd and best quote. He was a pleasure to deal with - patient, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us into extras. Ambia sells 'Stage' brand windows, which is a brand I've come to know through previous quotes and the windows I wanted to get. We chose to go with triple-glaze, black exterior windows. We have shutters and there was extra cost associated with ensuring the new window frames would fit them back after installation.

The install crew that Ambia sent was efficient and finished the work in 2 days. They've done a good job at keeping the mess to a minimum. They cleaned up all debris inside and out. However, be prepared to vacuum and dust surfaces after the work is complete. It's inevitable.

I immediately felt the difference with these windows compared to the old ones. Standing behind one in direct sunlight did not feel nearly as hot as with the old, which proves to me that they are indeed a lot more insulating. Will update my review after a winter season.

I recommend Ambia as they've provided us with great and friendly service, a competitive price, and my initial impressions of the windows are very positive so far.
