Dan Vibe Plumbing

We thought Dan was wonderful when he did a great job of installing our new toilet. However, at the same time, he diagnosed problems with the flappers with 2 existing toilets and ordered new ones which proved to be incorrect. he promised to return with the correct flappers to do the repairs after his vacation. We had already paid him for time spent assessing the problem and installing the incorrect flappers, and he assured us that he would not charge for the next visit to install the correct ones. That was the last we ever saw of Dan. We called many times with no reply. Once he did reply, saying he was out of the country and would call when he returned. That was a year ago. As far as we know, he is still out of the country. I was particularly disappointed because Dan had seemed like such an honest and competent man - I never imagined he would leave us in the middle of a job and make himself unavailable.

dan vibe plumbing did all of the plumbing work in my new 4000 square foot home. As a former plumber i personally inspected his work and found everything he did to be correct with no shortcuts. The system has been up and running for 6 months with no problems. Dan's attitude was highly accomodating and i would not hesitate recommending him to anyone looking for a reputable plumber to do a complete residential installation. Gary J.

A tankless waterheater was installed by Dan Vibe, we ended up with a gas leak in the house and outdoors at the main hookup. When contacted he was "too busy" to come right away - so the gas company came and charged us almost $200 for his mistake! Dan agreede to pay the fee but did not. Months of telephone calls have gone unanswered!!
Other work was also done incorrectly - such as a shower where the "Hot" was actually cold and the "Cold" indicator was actually hot... a terrible experiance!!

I was referred to Dan VIBE plumbing and had no hesitation in hiring him for several jobs. Dan and his assistant arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the tasks. Since the cold water line required a hole to be drilled in the kitchen floor ceramic tile Dan was careful to point out the best concealed places to run the line. It was obvious he was as concerned with function as he was with aesthetics. Well done.

I was new to Guelph and requred the services of a plumber. I was told that Dan Vibe Plumbing could be easily recommended and worry free service. I also had the benefit of a family member having used his services serveral times previously. Dan arrived with his assistant and worked tirelessly to complete the jobs in little time and no aggravation. We were pleased with the price and his willingness to ensure he was available to check on any follow up concerns. We did end up needing to call Dan back for aminor problem and he was quick to attend and rectify the situation.
