Sears Appliance Repair

Sears maintenance agreements are horrible. I told customer service that the drain on my washer wasn't working
It took them almost a week to schedule a repair appointment . Then the service man comes discovers that the pump isn't working -big surprise! Then intakes almost another wee to get the pump.

In meantime our family has no washing machine and thus is on a 3 year old front loader from kenmore.

Now it will be Kenmore Nomore for me!
