shower floor epoxy coating

After meeting Steven Brooker, owner of "FauxStoneFloorsAndWalls"
at spring 2007 Home Show, I had hired him to cover leaking grout at shower floor with epoxy.
As a result of negligence and incompetence of his employee Ashley,
who was referred by Steven as an experienced worker, the shower drainage was plugged by epoxy. Ashley covered drain perimeter with the tape and plugged the cloth in the middle. Epoxy slipped through the cloth to the drain (see attached).
"You can not prove anything", that were the last words I heard from Steven Brooker, when asked to repay the damage.
