Rewire 2 bedrooms + add pony panel

I had Alex come give me a quote to rewire 2 bedrooms we were renovating, as well as add a pony panel for a new AC for central air.
He spent 20-30minutes at my house doing the quote, asking me exactly what I wanted and even tested some of the existing wiring and looking at my breaker box.
