unacceptable proposals to collect $20 service call
The first offer for the repair is a $2500 replacement door. The second is to replace a the plates on two sides,replace two bottom plates and 8 rollers the technician deemed need replacing. The repair person Matt attempted to inflate the repairs needed and that it is a difficult job. Final offer was $180 for one plate and one wire. I showed him two wires I bought from Rona to replace wires on a garage door with springs for $19. His reply is to question the quality of the product from Rona.
