Chaplin's crew did great work. Completely changed the look and feel of the cottage with the addition of two patio doors and a giant window (previously there was only a small patio door and a small window). In addition, the team added pine ceilings, shiplap wall board, a new hearth, woodstove and floor.
They also gutted, replumbed, and installed an entirely new bathroom. It is absolutely mint.
I especially appreciated that Chaplin communicated via text and email - he was available via phone if needed but the annoyance of phone tag was nonexistent.
Looking forward to future projects with Chaplin.

Mat, we collectively were unsure about taking on such a demanding project on an island, but once the plan and materials were in place we never looked back. Although we had some challenges and discoveries along the way, we worked to ensure that we met your timeline and the end results. We look forward to the next phase in 2024.
