Presidential Ventilation

I needed an A/C unit replaced in the apartment building I manage. Scott from Presidential Ventilation arrived a few days after contacting him. He was friendly and courteous. Understandably, they were quite busy and it would be approximately 3-4 weeks before I could get the unit ordered and installed. However, a few days later, that tenant informed me his wife had a medical emergency and excessive heat could possibly lead to a stroke. With the hot weather and humidity we were experiencing, I panicked, and called Scott. He was so compassionate and helpful! He took immediate action and had the unit up and working within a week! The tenants and myself were so very thankful to him and his team for going above and beyond.
