Premier North Windows and Doors

My husband and I had been humming and hawing about getting new windows for our 33 year old home. We were getting clouding between the panes and my daughter had to scrape ice from the inside of her bedroom window last year. Cold drafts were evident in the kitchen and one of the bedroom windows upstairs. I started asking people I knew and also accessing some websites to get reviews of window types and window companies. I kept coming back to Premier North which had it's office in our town. We also read about the rebates that were currently offered. I called them and they sent their sales representative, Frank out to give us the information we needed. He was patient , informative and helpful and he even brought a window in to show us.! We ended up signing an order that evening and with his guidance, we were able to take advantage of the rebates which was really helpful. Their office set up the initial appointment for the government assessment needed to access the rebates.
Our installers, the father and son team of Vlad and Czechi were fast, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. They answered any questions or concerns we had as they were doing the installation. They even installed in the cold weather of late November.
We have had the windows in now for a couple of weeks and are very happy with the results. Thank you Premier North.
