A/C unit install & Furnace service

Being 7 months pregnant and no a/c was a bit unconfortable. We called on a Tuesday and they came on a Thursday. Unit was installed and they showed me everything, gave me the unit manual. They also cleaned up after themselves.
As for the furnace we noticed a ticking noise we called them they stopped by the same day. Did a quick service and clean up and everything was fine.
