I called Peterborough Refrigeration after our city-installed programmable thermostat was malfunctioning. The technician arrived promptly and was very helpful, even though I initially could not find the service manual. He fixed the problem, and even helped me search online for the manual so he could program it for me, taking up his valuable time I'm sure. I will definitely use and recommend this company again.
