they were on time and remarkably quick. My area rugs look like brand new. I have had my shag area rug cleaned elsewhere before and it came out dark and matted.
This time it is back to its original cream colour and soft and fluffy
I was ready to toss it out until I tried Prestige
Highly recommend their services. The technician was very careful not to damage hardwood floors
