Roofing review in

I tried to get 3 quotes to have an older bungalow re-shingled. Alf's was the only one to come out and quickly. Another company didn't show and the third got lost and went to the wrong house!
I was assured that as soon as the weather cooperated my rental home was third on Alf's list and they would call when they were going to do it. Although I never did receive a call, I called them to ask a timeline and was told it had already been done the day before! I went and checked, climbed up, everything looked great. They tore down an old chimney, re-decked and shingled. They cleaned up the site really well and took only one day to do it.
