Lang Flat & Shingled Roofing Inc.

Lang's roofing installed a new flat roof on our commercial building in Brantford in 2016. They came in for 1 day and left saying the roof is completely replaced. We paid $40,000 to this company in full. The roof started to leak and has been leaking now for 2 years every time there is rain. The leak has caused us already several thousands of dollars in damage and repairs. We already replaced skylights, and put new AC system as this company insisted the leak is coming from somewhere else. Mr Lang himself promised on multiple occasions to fix the roof (that is still under 20 year warranty) and pay back for damages and repairs from ongoing leak, but failed to do so to date. We are filing formal complaint to the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services and starting lawsuit to collect our money back and finally make this company to fix the roof and comply with the warranty and contract agreement.
