Dashwood Window & Door Centre

I've had a horrible experience with Dashwood. Their warranty is useless.

I have 2 year old leaking doors and windows and dashwood refuses to honor their warranty. They've caused thousands of dollars in damages.

A quick Google shows I am not the only one with these issues, and Dashwood seems to refuse to honor lots of warranty claims.

this long established company supplied me with replacement windows for the original wood single pane double hung units in my house. The units offer lots of different options (size, shape, colour, glass and grilles, etc) and the sales team is very easy to deal with. Units were supplied as quoted and on time. 1 unit had a damaged frame upon opening the package and they replaced the unit at no cost within the week. Also, one unit was missing a screen when I went to pick the unit up at the factory and they built the screen while I waited (15 minutes).
Some of he units have been installed for 5+ years and we have had no issues with them.
