Not recommended. Poor communication throughout project. Quote was with hindsight lacking key details and specifics. Work was done to bare minimum of that lame written quote. Basic work (sheet pile, concrete repair, rock retaining wall was competently done). Final details in finishing job were incomplete. Eventually had to hire new contractor to do end details. If you use him holdback 25% till it is 100% complete.

Stern marine construction has never entered into a legal signed contract with a Mr. Ellis. And has never done any work for him.
