Service Today!!Tm

I was extremely disappointed with Service Today. I called to schedule a repair for my dryer and the customer service representative Bob was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked about payment methods. He became even more rude and told me "if you don't like it go somewhere else". I will never use Service Today again and would not recommend them to anyone. The rudeness and unprofessionalism of the customer service representative was completely unacceptable. Id rather pay double and have a decent service.
