Regional Seamless Trough

Signed contract and was told 10 days. Here we are 6 weeks and still nothing... Sales rep just says "next few days or should we just cancel" when you call. No customer service past the signing of contract.

I contacted this company to have my eaves troughs replaced a few years ago and today, they are still maintenance free. The install was done in a day and I am very happy with the product.

I called during the busy season for installation of new eavestroughs. Waited for more than 2 months to get serviced. It was a long wait but the service is good.

we hired these guys to do a job after we had our new roof installed not knowing that they have hidden agendas. A salesman comes to your house to inspect, measure and quotes you a price. They did the seamless trough as requested but did not tell us that we would need something called a Drip Edge.
It turned out that we needed this from the first place because our shingles were too short, we called and complained and the same salesman came back to inspect again and then we were told that shingles are too short, the guys will have to out again and he would have to charge us a minimum price of $450.00.
OUCH !!! will I recommend these guys again? ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!

Regional placed a business card in my mailbox when I moved into
my new home, I needed eavestroughing and therefore decided to go
with them. The job was done while I was at work, when I returned
home from work I noticed a large amount of white glue type substance
on the street at the end of my driveway. I called them and they claimed they must have spilled some, they therefore agreed to come clean it, however never showed up. I called them 14 times over a 6 month period, and 14 times they promised they would come clean it up. On the 15th call they just said, "oh well we dont care, not our problem, get the city to come clean it up." I would never recomend this company to anyone.

We had some additional eavesthroughing added to match the existing gutting. Maize were able to match the color. Took a little longer than I expected from quote to installation, they turned up once with the wrong color and apparently they had to wait for the color to come in stock, which is acceptable. Very happy with the installed product.

Good installation but very poor customer server once the product is installed. When I recently contacted the company to have some repair work done on existing eavestrough, I was told that someone would be at my house that afternoon, so I stayed around the house waiting. He never showed up. I called the company the next day and I was told that he was off for the next four days but he'd come to my house when he returned to work. He still did not come or even call. I called the office again and the receptionist told me to call him directly... not very good service. I called his cell and left a few messages, but I never received a return call. We are building a new house and we were going to have Regional price the trough installation for that house as well as repairing the eavestrough on the existing home... now I plan on taking my business elsewhere.
