This company was hired to run a gas line to a pool heater in our backyard. Aside from being quite difficult to get a hold of, and arranging a date for the project to be done, we also were quite shocked when the owners son (recently certified) and 1 co-worker arrived , the son did not really understand the job as the father (the owner) originally came out to the site. The son turned a 3 hour job to a 9 hour job. He constantly was calling his dad for advice, going for smoke breaks frequently, and smoked near the gas. One would think after 10 phone calls or so that the father would come out to the site to assist, but that didn't happen, hours passed, more phone calls and smokes and the job was finally done. 9 hours later, we are presented the bill, which was much higher than the quote, we refused to pay the extra hours. The son calls his father and 5 minutes later we get a nasty phone call from the dad, it was a unprofessional and ignorant phone call, with the owner threatening us that he would pull everything out. This was a unprofessional job that the owner should of come out and supervised, assisting the young man so the job was done correctly and time efficiently. It was a awful day and very upsetting to us, we will never recommend this company to anybody.
