Warranty service came in and didn't even look at it but said it needed a new pump. Machine is brand new. Wait time 1 month.
Called All Star. Came in pulled out machine, looked into pump and pulled out small piece of metal that somehow had evaded the filter. Reassembled and works perfectly.
Well done.

Bought a new dishwasher. Heard All Star from Bosch rep after my useless Bosch died after 3 years.

I asked for a removal which Peter called an R & R, reinstall and removal. I came home and found the old unit in my living room.

Peter told me the removal only means removal from the place it was located. He also mentioned I was the first person in his 41 years of business who asked for their old unit to be removed from their house and no appliance service does that.

Beware.

I've used this company before and highly recommend them. I'm writing another review for them because they were professional and fair once again. My dryer would not start. After checking a few things on my own, I needed a service call. They were quick and honest...the dryer belt needed to be repaired. Simple and fair with their pricing. Highly recommend All Star Appliance.

I contacted All Star Appliance via their website. My brother gave me their information and was very happy with their work. I received a quick response back and they first tried to help me solve the problem on my own, which I greatly appreciated. However, in the end, I needed them to come and repair my dryer. They were honest, polite, affordable and I would highly recommend them to everybody and anybody.

They are awesome! Very affordable, polite and the work is great. Never does more than necessary, and the appliances are always working perfectly after they leave! Also very prompt gets to the house when he says he will be there. Highly recommend!!!

Have used him for many years, is a local guy who cares. Very reliable and great service. Have called on him to fix our stove and refrigerator and did it in a very reasonable amount of time and at a very reasonable cost.
