Furnace - breakdown, bought a new one
my furnace broke new years eve. Returned my call in 30 minutes and had serviceman in my home in an hour. Recommended new furnace. Had salesman out 2 days later, and new furnace installed
on 4th day. Offered space heaters. Came when agreed. Very good service and fine people to work with! I have some slight curiosity about whether a $7,000 new furnace was better choice than a $1,000 repair....but peace of mind, and confidence in service commitment a factor. time will tell...but this is the only company out of 6 calls who responded, came, and were great to deal with on New Years Eve....and that counts for a lot.
