Mike and Marci came and did leveling and installation of our LVP in the basement and did an amazing job. There were some challenging areas that they did an awesome job dealing with. We couldn't be happier with the results! Communication was excellent and they were a pleasure to work with. We had them previously refinish our hardwood and laid LVP in upstairs and their workmanship was impeccable. We would definitely recommend them for any of your flooring needs without a doubt. Quality work with no worries about anything. Fantastic business to deal with.

Booked this company with confirmation email with the owners wife on March 29th 2021 for Aug 3rd install and just followed up and she has nothing booked and said she can "fit me in" for end of October. This has left me in a huge pinch. Confirmation email # 1 below.

Very nonchalant about the mess up and will not take ownership of the mistake or try to resolve.
