I reported that one pc of marble did not get delivered to our home. No compensation. I reported they cracked one panel of our dining buffet, no call back and compensation. I would not recommend them.

Great reviews good company on previous reviews I ordered a minimum 28 foot with the moms attic they showed up with a 26 foot truck took 6 hours plus to load because they had to disassemble a lot of furniture When I told them it’s to small they responded not too much it will fit
Well it didn’t and I new that I asked them to make sure the large heavy plants to be loaded
It cost me 110. To rent a truck to get the rest
When I called the owner he put the onus on me to call him that the truck was too small and reimburse me for the rental he flatly refused
Won’t use them again and they have great workers

The move took place on 17 October within Oakville. The movers arrived on time, minute by minute. Very polite and nice guys. They worked carefully, attentively and very professionally. This is our second move with this company, the first was from Etobicoke to Oakville. I hope we will use their service again. I highly recommend this company. Most moving company agreements will say in the fine print that they are not liable for things like electronics etc. This wouldn't normally hold water if they were negligent but I cannot foresee a place that they were. If they dropped the tv it should show damage. However, when it's off, you cannot tell it's broken. Only when it is on, there is clear damage. This is bad luck for me. However, it's bad luck for them as I have to give them a bad review.

Everything else, was good but I cannot sit there and give them a good review. They broke my tv...on purpose of not.

Out of 12 companies that I've contacted I've chosen this company based on how responsive the messages were. They've also helped me moved on short notice and they were there with punctuality.

I've made an agreement before the job and they stood by it. I was extremely happy with the service and this is forever going to be my priority moving company.

I would refer them to family and friends as well.

I've dealt with George specifically and he really took care of me as well as the deals that we've made prior to the move.

Transnet Moving & Storage phoned ahead to advise their arrival time (1/2 hr. early). Three very pleasant men began working systematically upon arrival. They carefully carried 62 boxes and some very heavy furniture to their truck. They shrink wrapped most of the furniture to protect items while in transit and then in storage. Upon arrival at the storage locker they carefully re-arranged everything to insure the storage space could accommodate our goods. Padding was wrapped over some furniture. Everything just fit into the storage space, to our relief. We look forward to Transnet moving all items to our new location next month, and recommend their services to anyone needing a reliable mover in the future. Thank you George for making sure we received a trustworthy job well done.

Having experienced a bad move previously (overcharges, damaged goods, very unprofessional) I was skeptical finding an ethical and honest movers. I am so glad that I found Transnet and Moving Services on Homestars. My emails and phone calls were answered promptly, George was very easy to work with. They were careful wrapping the furniture, carrying boxes, and used TLC on everything. But most important: the price quoted was the final price! I would not hesitate to use them again, and furthermore my company will be using them in the future! Give them a call and expect excellent service.

Communication via email was good and always received a response in a timely manner, even with several questions I had. The two gentleman showed up right on time. The rate was hourly based, and they were very hard working, and fast paced. They were very professional, shrink wrapped some items to avoid damage, and provided me with wardrobe boxes to use (which were so time saving). My move prior to this one was a horrible experience, so I was a little concerned with hiring mover, but I'm glad I chose these movers and would highly recommend them.
