Paul removed squirrels for us and he was both professional and seemed to be an expert in the field. Our family appreciated that he used live traps and really seemed to want to resolve the issue fully by identifying exactly were they were getting in our home and closing off those areas to prevent re-entry while also being ethical and not bringing any harm to the squirrels or breaking up the family. We were very pleased and would recommend him. Problem was completely resolved and 5 months latrr have not had any problems - every penny. Thank you - Paul.

I had called paul to come and see what was in the attic, he told me it is mouse. He said that he could take care of it and guarantee for 6 months. He came 4 times all 4 times there was mouse in the traps,( attic and garage). On his 4th visit I had to pay him, and he said mice are all gone. I wonder how he knew that as there was a mice in all the traps still.I would have thought the traps would be put down till no more mice where caught. But he told me to call if we hear or see anything. My husband called and told him there was a mice come down the outside of the chimney from under the roof. Paul would not come back, so we put traps down and that same day we had a mice in 3 of the 4 traps we put down. (1 in garage 2 in attic)
My husband called paul and told him there was mouse still, paul was rude to him on the phone, but came, and took the trap and mouse away, from the garage. I did not know that my husband had gone in the attic to check the traps there, so I had paul go up and check he was not happy about it but he went up, told me there was no mouse up there. I told my husband, about pauls visit and that he went in attic, Turns out my husband did go up and there was 2 mouse in the traps. when my husband got home he called paul, which again was very rude and would not answer my husband question about the attic and the mouse. My husband asked paul two times about the attic and all paul said was we have no more mice. NOT TRUE we still are getting mouse in our traps.
We are going to deal with the mice our self, now that my husband is no longer traveling, I have a bad back and waiting on surgery so I could not bind over to pick up the traps! PAUL is NOT THE GUY TO CALL FOR MICE!!!!!! Way to go paul I feel like you took our money and ran, and left us still with mouse.

On the phone Paul said he would make the attic mouse-proof and block the entry ways where they get in. I was sceptical but he sounded confident. Hell, I couldn't even get Paul to go into the back yard to look at how they might get in back there, even though we heard mice in the attic back there.

He set traps and they filled up with mice, he came back and filled the traps again. Then I guess it wasn't worth his while to keep a good name for himself and called it quits. So I paid about $30/mouse for the number of successful traps he set.

He blocked a few possible entrance points but didn't come close to mouse-proofing anything. Paul clearly got tired of coming back when I called again and again during the "1 year guarantee" saying we still heard mice up there. The last trap he set in the attic is still there with a dead mouse in it (thanks for that Paul) - he couldn't get out of here fast enough. Waste of my good money.

Now I just set the tamper proof bait stations all around the outside of the house. Gets the job done and saved me about $300. A lesson learned.

Paul was interesting fellow and seemed to have a wealth of experience in the pest control industry. He also enjoy sharing his knowledge about Racoons as he strategized his plan to remove them.
He seemed to me to be very professional, was reliable in checking the traps regularly and took his job seriously. I felt that we received very good value for the work he preformed. I would definitely recommend him as someone who knows what he is doing and can get results for a reasonable price.

I understand this was a tricky job, given the unknown location of the nest; however, they were not pleasant to deal with and made it sound like a hassle each time.
The problem was also not fully resolved until the weather became very cold.

Paul came in assesed the situation and did a great job of exterminating the vermin from our house, and even identified the species that infiltrated our abode.He then helped to locate the entry point, which we promptly sealed. Great work and came with a 1 year guarantee.
