After looking at very good reviews, I contacted Vaillancourt Plumbing. The Receptionist was pleasant, courteous and professional. I was booked for an appointment the next day. The Technician, Shane W, texted me with his arrival time and also provided me a pic of his face prior.

Vaillancourt Plumbing did a great job with my bathroom work. I purchased the Moen Alder Shower Valve kit and also a Riobel freestanding faucet in advance. Calling the company was easy and friendly, they setup a drop-in for a free quote. After reading other HomeStars reviews I decided to pursue.

Trevor arrived promptly and got right to work. He finished the removal of an old faucet with a brand new one in an hour. Very professional, my bathroom vanity was cleaned up and faucet is functioning beautifully! I would 100% recommend E. Vaillancourt plumbing and will not hesitate to call again if needed!

My water heater stopped working and I called a plumber but they did not return my call. Called Vaillancourt and spoke with Crystal. Crystal was very friendly and informative. Crystal told me she would check with a plumber to see when they could come to my home. Crystal kept to her word and called me back the same day. Crystal called me the day of my appt. to let me know the plumber could come earlier if I would like that. I told her it was fine as I was home all day. Trevor showed up to access the situation and let me know the cost. I gave him the ok. Trevor went to get the parts and picked up a helper and got stuck in. Trevor and his partner cleaned up all garbage. I would call Vaillancourt again if I needed a plumber.
