Vaillancourt Plumbing & Drains

We had a pipe burst in our basement over the cold snap last week. I called E. Vaillancourt for help and Patsy was very pleased to have someone come ASAP. it was just after the snow storm. Shane was there the next morning and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the issue in 45 minutes. Thanks so such guys for you service !!!

Great experience from start to finish. Called in and were told whem plumber will come. Plumber came earlier then expected and was ready with everything needed to fix the issue. Did the job in 30 minutes and the price was reasonable. Would recommend to anyone. Will be using them again.

We had a frozen pipe situation. I went to HomeStars for plumbers and within an hour E.Vaillancourt Plumbing and Heating called and said they have someone to come in the afternoon. Stan and Trevor came and were very fast, efficient and very friendly. Within 2 hours they were able to defrost the pipe and get us going. They had to move our vanity and washer/dryer out of the way, which is why they took 2 hours, if it wasn't for that, they could have been done within an hour. Both the gentlemen were interactive with us in terms of what they are doing, unlike other companies we hired in the past, they just let us watch and don't even talk to us. Stan and Trevor adhered to Covid safety protocols by wearing mask all throughout the work. They have to come back and finish the remaining plumbing work, overall the initial experience with this company is very positive and we would definitely keep them in our contact list should we need any plumbing work in the future. We highly recommend them to anyone needing a Plumbing company.

Technicians were knowledgeable, courteous & went beyond what was expected. Installed an additional shut-off valve to ensure no basement flooding. I consider them my go-to plumbers.

Trevor S arrived on time, with a mask on as per COVID protocols. He was polite and respectful, promptly attending to the matter at hand. He was efficient and had the fill valve replaced in less than 30 minutes. Most importantly he passed the "dog test". My dogs don't like everyone, but even my German Shepherd thought he was okay.

I called Vaillancourt Plumbing after noticing a recent water stain on my kitchen ceiling. Shane came within a few hours to investigate and replace a leaky shower cartridge. While not the root cause of the stain, the prompt and professional service from Vaillancourt was greatly appreciated!

After several attempts to clear standing water in my kitchen sinks I called for a plumber. I called about 3pm explained the problem. Made an appointment for next morning. Shortly after received a call saying they had someone that could come that day once they finished their call if that worked for me. He arrived before 5pm and service was exceptional. Trevor was courteous, thorough, explained what he felt was needed to fix immediate problem and to lessen chance of future issues, provided an estimate and worked efficiently. When finished he cleaned up and bonus the bill was less than the estimate. Wonderful service start to finish.

Great service and support from calling to book an estimate, to having Trevor available quickly to visit and provide a quote. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Leakage appeared to be travelling along the furnace return air chase into the basement. The ground floor toilet was leaking from the tank and was replaced as no parts were available for it. The main washroom toilet was running continuously and was repaired. No leakage was observed after extensive inspection of the system. The leakage returned the following day and the technician determined that the dishwasher was leaking. This proved to be the main cause of the leak.
