Absolutely horrible company. Called them as my hot water tank was leaking and was under warranty with them. Ladies who answer the phone are no help no matter who you speak to or are really good at pretending they dont. They always have to ask someone else and can't seem to answer any questions. Every single service call charge also has a "truck charge" added to it. Not sure how they expected to get around otherwise, perhaps on foot. The company makes you jump through hoops and invents surprise ways to charge you constantly. Despite my warranty, it would have been much less expensive to replace the tank myself by buying a new one outright and getting a new 7 year warranty with the new tank, which you don't get with Services Plus. They found fault with the old tank, the setup, the room, and tagged us through the local gas supplier to force us to get work done on our home. We had a lovely man from the local gas supplier here and he just shook his head in disbelief. Even he said the company were (insert profanity here-his words). Don't use this company, don't buy from them, don't trust their warranty or their employees (from the phone to the techs). When trying to get the tag cleared, the woman answering the phone was so rude and unhelpful I was in disbelief. Save your money and don't trust this company.

He even took a look at some things that the service call was not originally for at no additional cost! Five star service, would definitely recommend.

They have been doing yearly maintenance on my Furnace, A/C and Gas Fireplace for 5 years now. Excellent service. Ferdinand just did a very thorough job, cleaned and vacuumed all units. They installed my A/C unit 4 years ago when most providers in the area couldn't deal with my furnace and duct work being located in a crawl space. When my furnace fan died after 20+ days of -20 temperature last winter they had to remove the fan housing in my crawl space to take it to their shop to get the seized up fan out to be replaced, Tough job, well done.

My furnace stopped working. I called them and although they were completely booked, they went out of their way to try to help me. Great customer service. Thank you again.

Look no further this company is the best in the business. Our furnace broke down. The first company diagnosed incorrectly and we paid them for doing nothing but when we called Services Plus they went above and beyond with their fantastic service, several visits to make sure we had heat before our new furnace was installed. From the owner to the office staff to the service people we will never call anyone else. Professional, fair prices and they only sell you what you need. Our furnace was 20 years old, and we were able to pay for it through our Endbridge bill monthly. Thanks Services Plus we will be calling you for all our heating and air conditioning services.

They always show up on time. Very professional. Explained everything to me. Made sure everything was working. Cleaned up after finished work. Did follow up inspection. Highly recommend.

Terrible service and attitude. Called Friday for service because air conditioner that I purchased from them was not working. Technician responded and booked Monday for himself to come. Got call Monday saying Wednesday is first availability and the technician should not have booked anything and then said that I am wrong and that he actually did not book me. I would have booked someone that weekend or gone to another company if I had been informed that I would have to wait until Wednesday. Then they also told me that my warranty is not valid because I did not have annual maintenance performed by their company. The person talking identified themselves as the manager but was very rude throughout the conversations. Another company came the same day for the service call and I will need to buy a new furnace. It is about 25 years old so not a surprise. It will definitely never be purchased from Services Plus due to their unavailability for service problems and rudeness.
