Joe Vallati (owner, Ottawa, tel: 613-223-4518 ) does not follow basic asphalt pavement process.
He installed my driveway with the exposed aggregate that looks uneven at many spots. Besides the "overexposed" areas, there are some areas that look like sand came in between the gravel and hardened out; all dirt, grass are going into openings, improper rolling direction, poor compaction …
The driveway looks so bad that he agreed to take it out and redo it next season in spring. Then he set up the appointments a few times but never showed up.
