Mike just left here a short while ago and after thanking him for his great work today I could not simply leave it at that. As you know we have had problems with our laminate since our kitchen was installed and if you had asked me then whether I thought a company would stand behind their work a couple of years later I probably would have thought not. You, however, have not only stood behind your product but you have given me such exceptional customer service at each and every juncture.
You have an incredible staff that treats customers with courtesy and respect and I cannot say enough positive things about them. Sheri, Donna, both Mikes
And Max clearly take a lot of pride in their work and it has been a pleasure dealing with each and every one of them. I'm sure I'm missing someone from my list but however you are choosing your staff is clearly working.
I wish you all the best and I just want you to know I love my kitchen as much if not more now than when it was initially installed.
