We had Regional Paving pave our driveway on Sept. 15 and paid cash immediately when finished, as insisted upon by company sales rep. When my husband came home he noticed they had paved over the city water shut off valve. The city informed us this should be exposed and if an issue in the future we will be responsible for repairs. My husband and I have contacted the company numerous times to have this corrected, only for them to promise to come to fix it and not show up. No courtesy calls and they do not respond to our telephone messages. This has been so frustrating and lack of responsibility. L2H0J3

Shut of valve was 2 ft below grade. The city is responsible for there own. We did repair as promised..usually the city takes care of this.. this was corrected and resolved and should have been removed.. thank you. But these owners jumped the gun on this.
