We purchased our home in the fall, its a typical 50s rancher with a lot of renovations needed. We discovered water seeping through our block foundation and called a few companies to see what our options were for repair. Other companies came and wanted to replace all of our weeping tile, and used scare tactics and high pressure sales technics to get us to spend unnecessary money. Trevor came out and was friendly and professional. He zeroed in on the problem immediately and was thorough in his inspection of our weeping tiles and foundation. He determined an impermeable exterior membrane was the best solution and replaced a section of the weeping tile that was not functional. He worked efficiently with his team and was finished in a timely manner. He had a great little machine that could fit in between the houses here (which is tight) and was able to do an accurate an clean job digging. When they were done he graded everything perfectly and left the site nice and tidy. He explained his work thoroughly and honestly. It has been a few months now and several heavy rains later and no water is coming in our basement. We are now able to finish our rec room and are so grateful.
