Called abell to book for a mouse problem, they only ever quoted for a year's service! Outrageous
But knowing I needed a service, I told them to come out. The guy was nice and friendly. He gave me 2 suggestions to 'fix' entry points, which I did that day! He placed bait stations, made me pay upfront and left.
Since that time, the problem has become increasingly worse! I am in tears over the now more obvious infestation, and when I call to get ahold of someone to come and re-evaluate / help, etc, I get the run around!! Any trace of the mice, I clean up immediately and disinfect. It's been a month since abell was here, and just saw 2 mice in the kitchen and one in my dining room - how is this a service I shoul be paying for?
As a single mom, it was hard enough to find the money to contract a company - let alone one that made me do a full year - only to be disappointed even more than ever - I am so disappointed

Hi Heather, our 1 year rodent program is much more cost effective than the single treatments and will give you coverage into the fall/winter (when rodent activity usually increases).
