The window sales lady came out very quickly. Trustworthy, left alone in house, cleaned up after. It took a long time for them to come back to put the lock on the door. Overall they did a pretty good job.

Thank you for your nice review!With regards to the deadbolt on your storm door, we sometimes we do fall victim to our suppliers when there is a delay from their end. The day we recieved the deadbolt from our supplier was the same day it was installed on your door. Unfortunately, we could not have sped this up any more for you as it was a delay out of our control.
