Service with this company very prompt. Mike and his helper just finished the work on the above and did a great job - very pleased. Also just as important they cleaned up after nothing left around. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Upper eavestrough on our two-stoey house spilled over to ground. Dwane straightened it and then reinforced it so the water would flow properly.

Downspout reworked to exit on the ground instead of through the sewer system.

The work was very satisfactory and the eavestrough was cleaned while they were at it.

The eavestroughs in my rental property were leaking and ice was forming in the sidewalk, which made the walkway slippery. I called Armstrong and Nelson to assess the cause of the leakage. They informed me that the eavestroughs were not graded or sloped properly. They made the necessary repairs and the problem was solved.

Only company to respond to voice mail message. Dwayne was my go-to-guy. He communicated often and work was down in a day. Brought samples on first visit. Came back and checked after job was done to make sure all was in order.

This is the third company I called. The only one that got back to me.
They were courteous, rapid and convenient. Ben fixed it right, it's pouring outside and the water is going where it should. The only disadvantage is we won't be able to use the driveway for skating this winter ;)

Great job!! Very impressed from estimate to completed job. Alfredo was extremley profressonal. No mess, no hassle. The pictures that Alfredo took to show before and after were extremely helpful. Would recommend this company and especially Alfredo as an installater!

I really appreciated the before and after photos that he provided - this is a great way to confirm credibility of work done on cleaning the eavestroughs and reinforcing one side.

I see by another post, that Rhoda has not changed her style of talking to customers. Just like Krista's experience, Rhoda called me a terrorist and threatened legal action if I didn't change my review.She claimed to know the owner of Homestars and would have it removed blah blah blah. She also accused me of having anger issues etc, when it was clearly the pot calling the kettle black. My eavestroughs still leak, but I will never deal with this company again, choosing not to use the " lifetime guarantee." That woman is scary and I don't want anything to do with her. The company called me repeatedly demanding I change the review. So I have changed it.

When our basement flooded, we called Armstrong & Nelson to fix our gutters and down spouts. Steve was knowledgeable, prompt and efficient, assessing our problem accurately and fixing it. The night after the repair was made, a thunderstorm gave us a chance to assess the job. We found a dry basement in the morning, so we were quite pleased!

I found this company on Homestars and I was not disappointed. They were teh first to respond to my request for an estimate, Jacob came exactly when he said he would and climbed up on my roof to assess the job needed to repair the problem. I received two other quotes, one by a repairman who thought he could "eyeball" the problem without climbing a ladder. I decided to go ahead with Armstron and Nelson and was not disappointed.
Jacob arrived one time , cleaned up completely when the job was done and stopped by after the first heavy rain to ensure that everything had gone well. My neighbours were so impressed they hired him on the spot.That is great service!
