I am very happy with the service provided by Kevin at Captain Electric. I wouldn't feel comfortable using anyone else as I know my families safety is top of mind with Kevin. He is very knowledgeable and has a great disposition. He has installed dimmer switches, wall sconces and some trouble shooting in my home in the past. Would highly recommend him.

Excellent service. We needed to replace a bathroom fan that had stopped working. Zac came out and quoted for the job, plus a quote for adding a timer switch to an existing basement fan, and a quote for installing/moving a motion light in the backyard.

We decided to go ahead with just the bathroom fan at this point. He explained the options available, and investigated our attic to get more info. Given we have a older home, there was only one option that worked.

Original fan wasn't installed properly, so he fixed that. And also noted a bit of dampness in the roof area, so he took pictures so I can investigate further.

Fan works great, cleanup was done, he wore a mask the entire time and arrived promptly. Will definitely call them back in the future if needed.

Absolutely get what you pay for in trade work and the top quality craftsmenship and customer service they showed today have created lasting customers for life.

Although the quote may be slightly higher then others, let that not detour you from using Captain Electric, the quality of the panel and conduit work was done to a standard higher then anything I have ever experienced or had done. Top quality work.

I reached out to Captain Electric to request that they install a new exhaust fan for my bathroom (that never had one before) and a new doorbell chime. Everyone was polite and friendly from the initial appointment scheduling (Ellice - who also arranged for the roofer) to the actual job itself. Tim, Jackson, and Sergio were the electricians completing the work. They were on time, efficient, and left the place spotless. They also wore boot covers and masks.

Ryan was on time along with his apprentice. Checked the line and found the bathroom fan took more electricity when starting up. Assured me everything was fine and recommended a fix.

Wow, what can I say about Captain electric? Incredible Service. From searching for electrical work to have completed on Homestars, to their polite phone call to book an appointment, they are truly professional. Kevin and Bronson arrive at the scheduled appointment, on time and courteous. They checked out the problem, analyzed the situation and found the solution. they answered all my questions with informative answers. I the asked them if they supplied and if so could they replace my old electric smoke alarms. they had them and replaced all three with all in one smoke and CO, alarms. I then asked if they had and if so could they replace my old receptacles with new and modern ones, they had and did, cleaning up all debris they made.

All in all I would highly, highly recommend Captain Electric for all and any electrical needs you may have. You won't regret it. I will definitely call on them again!

He then walked us through the quote in detail, explaining things as he went. Two teams came to our home (we had quite a few things that needed to be done). They were on time, communicative and easy to work with. In addition their office team was very friendly and responsive.

I had Kevin and Bronson from Captain Electric do a service/panel upgrade (to 200amp) with fire guard pro package. They were nothing less than awesome. Super friendly, very professional, on time, and their estimated time of completion was just about right on. I would recommend their service to anyone and everyone. It's not just about the perfection of their craft but also the ability to communicate, educate, and the willingness to walk me through the process and explain in simple terms. Really appreciate all the work they did. Any future jobs that I might need I won't even think twice, I have this company already on speed dial.

The folks at Captain Electric was nothing short of amazing! They showed up on time in the morning and kept going until the work was done.
