Disappointed doesnt even begin to describe how I feel about them. We have used limcan for the past few years and have been pretty happy with them however the most recent experience was nothing short of appalling. We contacted them in October to inquire about having some gas line replaced for our new propane tanks. I asked how much the fee would be to have them come out and they gave me a quote but said that it would be applied to the work once it was done. This was fine with me. At no point did they say that this work was something they couldnt do. The guy came out on a Wednesday did the assessment and measurement and said someone would follow up in a couple days. I waited and waited and heard nothing. So I called back and they said that actually they were so busy that they werent even going to give me a quote. Mind you I am 9 months pregnant and trying to get this work done before the cold weather rolls in. I asked about the money I had paid and they said they would refund it but it would take a few weeks. So I waited and waited till now when iv called to follow up after no refund was given just to be told that theres no record of a refund going to be issued! Im a week away from giving birth just to be following up and waiting again for another phone call to see whats going to happen now.
