Todd was extremely professional. He took the time to explain the procedure and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. He was also very courteous, making sure that everything stayed clean throughout the process. My three months old even slept through the entire thing because Todd worked around his schedule. Such great customer service. I will definitely use their services again. Thank you Todd!
