Had a 26' moving truck booked for over 2 months. 5:15pm the day before our move, they called to confirm. Then at 6pm they called and told us no trucks were available anywhere! My girlfriend was in tears. We ended up hiring a local company last minute who saved us. Uhaul is disgusting in this business practice. TERRIBLE. No retribution. Nothing. Horrible service. Never again!
