Southridge Building Supplies Ltd provided materials for my residential build. Team is responsive and invoicing is accurate. Restocking fees can add up, as well as delivery fuel surcharges and crane time.

The material for my project supposed to be approved by myself as owner before delivery, but they did not follow instruction and the cost of material ended up 35% more than my budget with a lot of wastes. They did not process returns properly in my account. At the, when I paid them in full, the accounting staff damaged my credit for $120.75 charge for charge that called it storage charge that I was not aware of. I do not recommend this company to anybody.

Great supply store in the quiet town of Cloverdale yet posistioned good for all the new building close by. Staff is very helpful which you don't always get in huge big box stores.

Southridge was a great experience, the staff is very kind and courteous, and very helpful. The prices are flexible and they are willing negotiate. They beat Home Depot's price by quite a bit.
The yard staff was helpful in loading up the materials.
