We sold our townhome (in 2 weeks) and bought a new house with Comfree. Althought it was difficult to combine both, Andrea took care of the sale when Sharon was in charge of the purchase. Both were very profesionnal and helpful. With Comfree selling a house is an easy process. The buying assist with Comfree was new at the time but they provide high quality service for a fraction of normal agent fees. The transaction is fairer as they only take a flat fee (maximum of $ 5000) and you get a cheque back for the difference on the commission.
