Worst builders to deal with, dont make the mistake I made. They give you nothing you ask for and use the cheapest of the cheap products. Khaled is a special one (who is also an agent for Royal Lepage). They treat you like family until you sign the papers on closing date. After that you will be ignored and left to pay for everything that was faulty (since the 7 yr home warranty is useless for anything but structure). Do your homework before you buy, make sure you read the purchase agreement carefully and Never buy a house from Stylette aka Canadian Style Contruction.
