I had Jorden come over to check out our new house regarding some issues as he was referred by a friend. He was friendly, professional and on time (a rare occurrence). It was nice to have someone explain things in a manner that made me feel that he wasn’t frustrated or annoyed to do so. He even taught me how to do a couple easy things to avoid problems in the future. Would highly recommend
